Missing Transfers to KuCon

**Describe the problem:**I have 6 Transfers of ETH or BTC to Kucoin that aren’t being imported to Koinly.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**Transfers are from either Coinbase or MetaMask.

**How did you import data into this wallet?**All transfers were by API

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**I have considered a manual Transaction but haven’t tried it yet.
