Just starting to use Koinly and setting up API’s to Wallets and importing data from other services that I use and observed a few problems attempting to upload information.
Some transactions relating to tokens (KLV) on the Tron Chain and their values are not getting picked up.
Also what do I do about those transactions which appear to have dropped into my wallet that have no relevance and report a misleading value. In my case Minereum on the Ethereum Chain which appears to have airdropped into my wallet without me knowing. Now I cannot exclude it from my transaction list.
I have a Klever Wallet (Tron Exchange) that has no api or natural csv export process. When I contacted them I was pointed in exporting transaction from Tronscan and I was able to do this but it is, much to my surprise not compatible with the format for Koinly. I did see the article about reformatting for compatibility but I would have that the blockchain transaction is considered gospel in crypto and would have been the point all transactions are retrieved from regardless of the blockchain.
So wondering how I can best resolve such issues as removing Minereum, since it has no relevance to my portfolio and the value represents a v1 block that if i did choose to use then they want me to pay 0.15 ETH to upgade to v2. Forget it! Acquire details of KLV since Koinly is not recognising it. At some point this needs to extend to other tokens since I also have Hex and that is the one likely to interest the Tax man when the stake ends next year.
