Koinly states that I am missing a transaction for a certain amount however this amount is not in my Coinspot wallet.
Data was imported via a csv file.
I asked Coinspot support to look into this but they could not see any amount for the stated missing transaction in my wallet.
I need a tax report for my accountant and with this issue, I cannot progress further.

Allow me to explain what the missing purchase history warning means; this tells you that Koinly does not hold historical data for the assets transacted, thus assuming a 0 cost basis for them. This is allowed by the tax authorities but could incur higher taxation, so in order to avoid it, you have to fill in the missing transaction history which is outlined in our Missing purchase history for XYZ guide.
