1 transaction is missing from the purchase history

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
CoinSpot

How did you import data into this wallet?
Data was initially imported via API. Has been since imported via CVS.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Data was imported with API initially.

• Deleted existing trades and transactions. Disabled API sync.
• Re-imported with CVS files from Coinspot. Same transaction error.
• Re-deleted and tried to re-sync wallet from the beginning with API.
• Res-et start date import additionally.

  4. API does not allow access to: Bonuses
