Kucoin Futures CSV import fails

Describe the problem:
I followed the instructions and exported the PNL.
But it doesn’t import.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Kucoin Futures

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I notice the file has odd line ending carriage returns after every doublequotes. So I tried to replace them with no carriage returns (so 1 line per transaction)
No joy.
Tried to remove all double quotes.
No joy
