Kraken - Ledger auto sync not detecting mobile purchases

Describe the problem:
In the past, I opened this issue which was not fixed yet: Kraken Ledger auto sync not detecting mobile purchases

It has all the details you need.
In short, buying using the mobile app of Kraken only shows the deposit and not the full ledger of also buying the crypto and its fees.

The Koinly support team completely ignored the issue and did not respond there.
I did get an answer offline that “the API does not support it”.

Now I know this is not true.
When using CoinLedger (your competitors) the same way via the same API key and secret, they’re able to show me the correct history of also buying the crypto and not just the USD deposit.
So this is NOT an API issue.

Can the Koinly team please address this issue? Respond here? Fix the problem?
