Importing trades and missing purchases from Phemex

Describe the problem:
I was trying to import my trades to Koinly using csv files but Koinly doesn’t recognizes them, and webchat assistant told me to change headers in the csv file. i did but it did not help and Koinly wants me to go to maping. creating a custom csv file.
I have a few transactions there and doing this manually is a pain.
i also have missing purchases for a few coins even as i have downloaded files for deposits and withdrwals as explained in the Youtube video.
please help

What have you tried to fix this so far?
following ai assistant i have changed the headers in wordpad to what assistant asked me to do, and it did not work. it tells me to do maping, create a custom csv file.
that is not cool. all other wallets and exchanges work fine besides Phemex. why?
