I need help with my adding my crypto report

I don’t know how to correctly get my tax ready . I have followed instructions and imported what I thought was the files I need from crypto com

I’m ADHD and it all just has my head spinning now . I really need to get my 24-25 tax done in the next few days but even the etax accountants couldn’t help .

When I look at what files I’ve added there is messages saying the files are empty

I have also paid for this service ( twice accidentally) and on my profile it shows me as a free member ?
