How to reset all data?

Firstly, not cool Koinly for making me connect to those cancerous social platforms to sign up here, why can’t I just create a dedicated user/pass ?..

I have been trying for days to do a complete data wipe and start over as there are so many data issues.
I’ve deleted all wallets, cleared cache, reset data and it just keeps spinning for hours on ‘updating gains’ it eventually times out, but the dash doesn’t clear the old data

How can I reset this?

“The app is broken and there’s no support”
“Error closing account, contact support”

You can’t make this stuff up.

Same, after reset my acc is just stuck with all the old data
