Exchange Issues - Coinbase Exchange Sync Consistent Errors On Import

No matter what I do I keep running into the same issue with my Coinbase Exchange API sync. I receive an error on the initial import which states “To amount must be less than From_amount”. After running a few sync the error goes away, but the 808 missing transactions which never fully synced on initial import don’t ever sync.

One other use has reported this issue (Coinbase missing purchase history). I followed all the steps they tried, but the problem persists. Here is the error output from the Request Help section of the wallet details.

Sorry to hear you’re having some difficulties with this. Have you opened a ticket via support? If not, that’s the best/fastest way to get help with API wallet issues.

Unfortunately, I cannot access your account via the forums the way our tech team can.

Coinbase is one of our flagship integrations, so any bug/issues should be resolved pretty quickly once raised.
