Ethereum merge related issue, Kraken

Describe the problem:
Still the same problem as previously reported: Kraken ETH and ETH2

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Kraken

How did you import data into this wallet?
Via API, and also tried via export, but issue is the same

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I understand from the previous thread that I should apply the “swap” label to the ETH->ETH2 transactions but even after I did that, the error mentioned in the other post remains the same (calculated balances for ETH and ETH2 do not match the balances reported by the API, but it’s the same amount for ETH and ETH2, one is negative)
And on another page, the same error appears as such:

1 transactions are missing purchase history

Missing 3.08977634 ETH on 2023-07-03 22:02:54 UTC

(this is an ETH sale transaction but large part of the ETH seems to be missing purchase history even though the cost basis should be there… it was transferred from Blockfi and there are only 2 transfers of ETH to Kraken:)

I can track the ETH back to Coinbase and Coinbase Pro within Koinly, and see that it was purchased with dollars there. All cost basis is in the system so I have no idea what makes Koinly confused.

@NincsIlyen could you open a support ticket on the email below, or send me a PM with your Koinly email?

We can then troubleshoot further
