END of year balanceses

My “Complete 2024 Tax Report” has “End of Year Balances” for BTC that are roughly 5 times the quantity that I actually am holding at the time that I generated the report…while the Koinly dashboard for my account, the same account and session where I generated the report from, shows the correct quantities in “holdings.” Why?
