Duplicates in solana wallet

Describe the problem:
I have had a lot of problems with syncing my solana wallet. Now the sync goes through but I have a lot of dupliacate transactions. I also have a lot of deleted transactions, I could be I have deleted them myself be mistake, or perhaps there is some mechanism to automatically delete transactions I am not aware of.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Sync via public wallet adress

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried cleaning it up manually by deleting duplicates manually but I suspect I might have created a mess.

I would like to delete the wallet and start over. Is there anything i should consider before doing this?

Thanks for your message.

Now that the SOL API is back up and running, you should be good to delete and reimport without any issues. That’s probably going to be the best thing to try as it’s possible that will resolve the problem.

One thing to check is to filter for any manual changes you’ve made before deleting, just in case you need to keep a record of them for after you set up a new wallet:

If you haven’t made any manual changes, then there’s nothing to worry about.
