CSV import needs the ability to specify which coin within set of coins with the same ticker (Conflicting coins sharing the same ticker code)

I created a custom CSV file for import, the file works as I have used it many times now. However there is an issue when importing certain coins if they have a similar ticker to a more popular coin.

Example:

In my CSV I used the ticker AMP.

The coin I wanted to import was HyperSpace (AMP), market 1421 on Koinly

Koinly will only import the file using the details Amp (AMP), market 9984

I have had this issue a few times so a general fix would be nice, my suggestion is allow us to put the Koinly market ID in the place of the coin ticker/code in our CSV files, and then on import see that it’s an integer, and apply that code to the data.

Thanks!

You can also use the ID by setting the field to “ID:1421”

having ability to use exact token contract address would fix this conflicting token names, please support this feature to use contract address instead of short token name which could be conflicting with tons of other tokens with same name.

I have a few coins that are having this issue and they are not on Ethereum. Whilst contract address would fix many of these issues, there are still some coins that will be affected.

Perhaps a solution could involve contract address and/or Koinly market ID?
