Thank you for your patience with us and my apologies for the delay in response!
We did have an API issue that was preventing any imports and updates, though our dev team has resolved the issue!
If you are still experiencing that no transactions are being synced in the wallet, delete the wallet and recreate it with the API method. Please do connect with our support team if the issue is persisting.
