Describe the problem:
I try to sync my Crypto Chain wallet from my defi app and also my
Crypto.org Chain on my ledger wallet by the api methode. but it says ( Access denied: API is currently down, we are working on a fix.) If i am understanding this correct this is some problem on koinly side?
And how long is this problem going to be?

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
crypto com defi wallet and crypto.org on my ledger

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I deleted one wallet to start over again. Now i don’t have anything in that wallet atm

Thanks for flagging this and apologies for the inconvenience.

This has been reported to the devs and they are currently working on a fix:

You can log into our feedback portal and upvote the bug report so that you will receive a notification email once the issue has been resolved which I hope is very soon.
