Cosmos/osmo/tia/inj/crypto.org wallets not syncing

Describe the problem: I’ve added my addresses but they fail to sync with 404, pretty sure I’m adding the right adderss… Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? cosmos ecosystem How did you import data into this wallet? both automatically and file import What have you tried to fix this so far? no
