My tax report is complete, after uploading all wallet/exchange data. I am a paid, first-time Koinly customer/client.
My CPA wants an 8949 in a csv. export file so she can enter the 8949 data into her CPA software. I’ve been waiting on a response for 3 days from the Koinly live chat. I do NOT want to extend my tax return filing just because I can not get help from Koinly as a brand new customer/client. Please help. I already have paid and received my 8949 tax report. Can you tell us what software your CPA is using? This will help determine if we can help you or not.
We supply forms for Turbotax and some other platforms, but not all.
During busy periods, our wait time for tickets is approx 3-4 days, so its best you reply here for a quicker response.

Otherwise, you can download the Capital Gains report, this is a CSV, but its not comptaible with any CPA software, its a spreadsheet only.
Your CPA can work with that if they like, we dont tailor reports for every software available im afraid.
The name of the CPA software is ULTRATAX OR ULTRA TAX.

@priestkemper Unfortunately we do not support an export for this software. You are welcome to download the Capital Gains Report as well as the Transaction History report, these are both spreadsheet files and your CPA can likely capture any data required, and modify it to fit the software they use.
We hope we can add this to our list of exports sometime in the future
