Coinspot Withdrawl not appearing in tax report

Describe the problem:
Koinly is showing my coinspot withdrawal when i look at transations. When i go to generate tax reports its saying there are 0 transations and produces this message:

Imported with: API

1. No crypto withdrawals found

Whats going on and how do i fix this?

Hey there @NathanVI

Was this a withdrawal of FIAT? If so, this would not be included in the report - the report includes on Crypto-related transactions.
