Describe the problem:
My MATIC balance only shows the amount that I didn’t stake - this doesn’t sound like it’s the right way to be doing things? Even though it’s staked, shouldn’t the balance being shown?
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to manually categorize this as “sent to pool” or something similar, but I can’t even see the transaction where I started staking?
Same issue as me… pinged Koinly support without response. Useless if it can’t report accurately!

I understand timeline might be a bit vague as I’m a developer myself, but I assume you must have a triage system e.g. to prioritize issues like this - is this one considered high-importance for the devs?

Please try syncing again and you should see the staking transactions show up as well
