Coinomi "Error! Invalid address format"

Describe the problem:
I’m trying to import an ETH wallet from Coinomi, which only has one public key.
Koinly app is returning “Error! Invalid address format”. Coinomi BTC, LTC and DOGE wallets have transferred fine, but I can’t seem to transfer ETH (which includes 5 transactions).

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Imported with: API

  1. Error! Invalid address format
  2. No transactions found

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve requested a .csv file from Coinomi, as one doesn’t seem to be accessible. Unsure what to do next.

Found a work around. Just cut and pasted ‘From’ address in Etherscan.
