Autosync, application auth
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to resync with “Sync Now” and “Resync wallet from beginning”
As a result Koinly is not getting all the transactions and misreporting the total coin counts.
Does Koinly support look at this forum?

Sorry for the delay!

As for this error, we had a temporary issue with the Coinbase sync. Could you please try resyncing by establishing a new connection?
If it’s still not working after that then please send us an email so we can take a closer look!
