BingX incomplete import with big missing purchase history

Describe the problem:

Imported with: API

1. This API has certain limitations:
2. 80 transactions are missing purchase history
   ---- Missing 24531.89568817 USDT between 2024-07-22 17:53:40 UTC and 2025-01-08 17:21:09 UTC

In this image a perfect example. This is the very earliest transactions in the Bingx account. As you can see I deposit 11,000 USDT but then a few minutes later make purchases amounting to 20,000 USDT so obviously there was already some USDT in the account which has not been accounted for. Thanks!

Tried both API sync and import files

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Investigating all transactions but I have spent USDT in the exchange without any history of the USDT entering the exchange which is the issue
