Missing Purchase history - Binance - help!

Describe the problem:
I have multiple transactions with BInance that are showing ‘missing purchase history’ and I am not quite sure what to do about it?

Wallet: Binance carolineiswinning (Binance)
Transactions: 664
Imported with: CSV

I have the same, not sure how to process them.
Some are saying to delete them, other to add a market price …
