Describe the problem:
Whenever I try to sync my transactions I get “API Error: max execution time exceeded, try syncing again”. It’s been happening for 2 days now. It was only able to sync ~900 transactions before failing. On retries it has made progress from 800 to 900 so around 100 transactions before failing every time.

I have tried re-syncing 4 times over the span of 2 days.
