Binance Sell not recognized from CSV import

Describe the problem:
Hi, when I buy some coin/token on Binance spot and then after a few days I sell it, the transaction does not import to Koinly from the csv file. Koinly says I still hold the coin/token. I can, however, see the Sell transaction in the CSV file.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried more than once. Checked the CSV file if it contains the transaction that did not import. It does.

I’m also having issues with Binance CSVs. My recurring buys are being registered as sells.

My apologies for the wild delay in response!

I just wanted to signal that our dev team has completed their work on resolving the Binance “Sells” not being recognized when importing CSV files. These files are now good to import without issue!
