Hello I have experienced problems with the following 2 operations when syncing with binance using the API
- I did Locked staking of ADA and DOT
- I did “Trade - convert” between BTC and XRP
I then synced the Wallet with the API
However neither of these things were transferred into Koinly and as a result I now have warnings against the wallets saying
“Some of your balances on Koinly do not match the balances reported by the API”
I looked at the wallet transactions and could see they were missing transactions relating to the above 2 operations
Therefore I did the following
In binance “Wallet - overview - Transaction history - Generate all statements” to generate a csv file for the period covering the missing transactions
I then uploaded the CSV file.
However it failed to handle the 2 issues correctly
I could see that Koinly was missing the following 6 lines from the binance csv file.

The lines containing “Large OTC trading” relate to the “Trade - convert” operation.
The only 1 of the above 6 lines that Koinly was able to process was the “POS savings interest” line
Please advise on how I can rectify this situation and get the missing transaction info into Koinly
