I am trying to purchase a tax plan. My billable transactions is 404. The only option it is giving me is the trader option which is 1000 transaction. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Each plan that you purchase is for one tax year, which allows you to generate reports for that year.
The first requirement to generate reports is that this plan should cover the number of transactions in that year.
The second requirement is that all your purchased plans combined should cover the total number of billable transactions in your account.
