Being charged capital gains for UTXO consolidation in btc multisig

**Describe the problem:**Koinly categorizing UTXO consolidation in BTC multisig wallet as a sale and assigning capital gains

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**Unchained multisig also utilizing sparrow multisig

**How did you import data into this wallet?**manually added all separate addresses from my Unchained/sparrow vault… address recognized and still counted as a sale

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**manually added all multisig addresses

Hi @Mark_Zimmerman

When it comes to a consolidation, since it’s basically a transfer to self (as all UTXOs are imported as one wallet in Koinly) you shold import only the transfer fee (withdrawal with “Cost” tag).

Also, if you have an XPUB, it is recommended to use it instead of your single addresses.
