Describe the problem:
My average cost per unit is not accurate. My XRP and XLM are showing numbers that do NOT reflect my entry price. So giving me capital gains of 25,927 that don’t exist and didn’t happen.
XRP is showing CA$0.0029 / unit but it should say 1.12 / unit. (30,532 units)
XLM is showing CA$0.16 / unit but it should be showing 0.39 (1095 units)
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted wallets and tried again multiple times and now contacting support
