Describe the problem:
Koinly is importing my Aster trades, but it appears to be missing the USDT deposits that funded those trades. This causes my Aster wallet to show negative USDT balances and missing cost basis, even though the USDT was transferred from my MetaMask wallet into Aster before the trades.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Aster, specifically my “Aster (4)” wallet in Koinly, along with the connected MetaMask Ethereum wallet that I used to fund Aster.
How did you import data into this wallet?
I imported/synced the Aster wallet using Koinly’s Aster integration/API. My MetaMask Ethereum wallet is also synced in Koinly.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I pressed sync again and retried the import, but the missing Aster deposits still do not appear. The MetaMask side correctly shows USDT being sent to Aster’s Ethereum deposit bridge, while the Aster wallet only shows the later trades spending that USDT.
Jack from koinly recently reached out to me but i was downbad and already filed a tax extension, please have him contact me again so I can provide wallet addresses and txn. I need to get this filed ASAP
