Aster API synch does not work URGENT

Describe the problem:
Followd the Aster API steps listed on koinly to synch my aster wallet but I keep getting API failures. Its complaining that the IP is blocked but I don’t have an IP restriction set on the Aster API key I created. I created like 7 different keys, I tried adding the IPS that received failures to my allowed IPS on my aster keys but the IP just consistently changes.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Made new keys
followed the instructions carefully
tried toggling settings on the keys on and off to see if it would start to work

We do not currently have issues with Aster integration. Make sure to follow the instructions below to set up the wallet:

Instructions

  1. Log in to Aster and click More > API Management
  2. You can also click this link: https://www.asterdex.com/en/api-management
  3. Switch to Pro API
  4. Click “Authorize new API wallet”
  5. Wallet name - you can put anything here, it’s just a description
  6. Click Generate next to Wallet address
  7. Save the public and private key
  8. Under API restrictions, make sure that only “Read” is selected
  9. All other options need to be OFF. Make sure that “Enable futures”, “Enable spot trading” and “Enable withdrawals” are OFF
  10. For Days valid, click “max” (365 days)
  11. Leave IP restrictions empty
  12. Click Authorize
  13. In Koinly, paste your actual 0x address in “Wallet address”, the public API wallet key in “API wallet address”, and the private key in “API wallet private key”
