Got this error when trying to auto-sync like normal.

Same here.
And also, as an additional symptom I observe, only Cost and Withdraw transactions will be downloaded via API when sync with new/reconnected wallet as I test reproducing the same error.
Lastly the error I observe is specific with polygon wallet but could be not limited to.

I have the same issue. Only occurs with the polygon metamask wallet, ethereum metamask has no issues.

I have the same issue. Polygon integration is broken. If you are having this problem, please write about it here and also email Koinly founder Robin Singh: robin.singh@koinly.intercom-mail.com

As I mine Ethereum on Ethermine and receive and hold my payouts in WETH over Polygon, this make Koinly useless for me.

Hi,
Our Polygon integration started showing this error during the weekend.
Our team is already working on a fix so it should be resolved very soon :slightly_smiling_face:

This issue has still not been resolved. I have tried:

  1. Re-syncing the wallet by clicking on “Sync Now”
  2. Resyncing by clicking “Sync from beginning”
  3. Deleting the wallet then re-adding it

None of these work. I hope this issue will be resolved very soon.

I just recieved a 30% discount for their tax plan. This worries me a little…

Ya this is not cool. If they cant fix this for some reason they’re going to lose a lot of there users.

This still isnt working. It only shows the matic mainnet data. It does not show the ethereum mainnet data. We store and stake matic via the eth mainnet…
