Is anyone’s Polygon deposits showing up? Mine only show’s withdrawal…?
I had the same symptom while seeing the wallet error “Error! Missing Or invalid Action name” after sync starting from this morning.
Is it an error from Koinly not updating it’s APIs? Was it better before, does anyone know? (Same error on my end: Error! Missing Or invalid Action name) I’ve contacted Koinly but no response yet…
Same here getting same error as you all this just started as of last night/ today. Hopefully they fix this. Would be a shame to have to resort to manual csv’s
Even with a manual CSV it doesn’t work. @Razorwind how have you made it work for you…?

Still not working.
As a side note, I also wonder if this problem only happen to free plan users (as I am) with high usage etc. (= throttled in another word.) just wondering.
Hope to hear from Koinly support soon while I understand the support team are busy anyway. Will update you guys if I see any improvement on my end.

Hmm, I only have a total of 266 transactions total in Koinly for all my wallets. Thats not even alot. So im not sure they are throttling. But who knows.

Thank you for the fixes! The sync does appear to be working, however, it doesn’t look like some transactions are still aren’t working.
For example, exchanges with Zapper . fi do not sure the transacted coin. Example: If I use Zapper . fi to convert WBTC to Matic, Koinly only shows a WBTC withdrawal and nothing else.
In addition, it looks like some liquidity pool transactions do not show up properly either. For example: Changing in a Uniswap LP token for the liquidity pair only show one pair recieved and the second coin does not show up at all.
I would have to manually update every single transaction done with Zapper . fi (exchanges or adding/removing liquidity) and would have to manual update quite a number of other liquidity exchanges manually.
Prior to the API sync breaking, this was all working fine.
No ETA yet. Our devs are on UK time so they only started working about an hour ago.
I think it’s likely that it will be fixed by the end of the day or tomorrow.
I don’t know what happened but my guess is that the API was updated and that we need to update something on our end to handle that.

Just did a swap on Apeswap and the sync did only import the withdrawal and not the deposit. So the api sync is still ignoring the deposits of executed contracts on polygon.

Hi everyone,
We use Polygonscan.com to sync all polygon transactions.
The Polygonscan API seems to be having some major issues and they are no longer able to return any of the ‘internal transactions’. I believe this is a bug on their end rather than something that they have done on purpose.
We are monitoring the situation and we will fix this as soon as polygonscan starts providing these transactions again.
