I am really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue with your Tezos wallet!
Our developers have already identified the issue.
It turns out that the Tezos API was providing transaction IDs that were not always consistent so that the same transaction would sometimes have a different ID, thereby breaking our duplicate detection which relies on these IDs. We will add a fix for this which will be included in our next update (I have no ETA for that but most probably before the end of the year).
You can add your account to the bug report on our Canny page as well which means that when the update is live, you will be notified via email.
If it is an urgent case, recreating the wallet or manually deleting the duplicate transactions are the only workarounds at the moment!
