Describe the problem: I can not find a way to generate a CSV file for my xumm wallet. So I used my XRP address but it does not show my Sologenic tokens.

I have the same problem. Thought I’d cracked it by using the transaction exporter in the Xumm apps, and it did indeed allow me to create & download a csv history file for all coins in Xumm, but Koinly will not accept it. I can’t seem to adapt it properly to create a custom CSV (not sure why I should have to? Koinly says it is able to import the vast majority of them?) so I’m stuck. Anyone any ideas?
Same problem with Solo via API link to the public address / Xumm wallet. The ELS token that was also air-dropped shows up correctly. All other transactions also showing up correctly.
I added the one Sologenic airdrop manually. Koinly picked up the correct price at the date and time of the drop. You can see the date and time on the xrp explorer at xrpscan.com
