Hi, these two transactions don’t seem to link, because it’s showing the ‘missing purchase history error’ is there a way that they can see each other and fix this error?

It looks like the CTI in the first screenshot (with the grey icon) was imported to Koinly before we added it to our database.
Please can you try the following:
- Delete any CTI transactions that have the grey icon
- Resync the wallet from the beginning as described here:
https://support.koinly.io/hc/en-us/articles/9915786812316-How-to-resync-your-wallet-from-the-beginning
That should then replace the greyed out CTI with the correct one.
Thanks, that worked for CTI, however when I tried to another token it did not work, could you tell me why? Here is the wecoin token I tried to do it for also:
If the token hasn’t been added to our database, it will still show greyed out.
Do you have a CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko link for the WECO?
If it’s on either of these sites we can add it to Koinly.
