What does the expenses (costs) include?

Can anyone confirm what the expenses (costs) at the bottom of the tax summary (ATO Report (myTax) include?

Hi Scott,

These can be various costs but they are basically any fees that Koinly was not able to include directly into the acquisition cost of a specific asset.

You can generate the Expense report to see a full list of all transactions that are included in this figure.
You can also search for them on the Transactions tab by filtering for the labels ‘Cost’, ‘Margin fee’, and ‘Interest payment’.

Hi Peutur,

You say that but ever since last week transfer costs are included in the expense summary total ( e.g. fees to more coins to/from a hardware wallet) but are not listed in the breakdown of expenses, basically report is broken!

Have already raised this as a bug and got no acknowledgment or indication on when it might get fixed!

Any update on plans to fix it or are you still planning to just ignore the issue?
