What am i doing wrong

Describe the problem:

What am I doing wrong? I have over 20k transactions in 2023 and I keep getting problems such as this: The cost basis is clearly not accurate when im getting out of an lp. The number it comes up with and the past transactions dont help me identify how koinly is getting such a small and inaccurate cost basis.

So it seems like Koinly is pulling cost basis from lp positions on different networks and in different wallets. If I have to manually create an lp, lets say “lp5” on a wallet on Arbitrum and then if I also create an “lp5” but on optimism and a different wallet will Koinly seperate those lp positions or consider them the same?

@Ryan_Madsen Hey, this will happen if you are using “unviersal” tracking - try switching to wallet-based to see if it helps.

If you’d like for us to troubleshoot further, please open a support ticket with your Koinly registered email :+1:

I switched off universal tracking but it doesnt seem to have fixed the problem. I keep finding random transactions that will price my cost basis of an eth at $20 or less but when i go to follow the trail I can’t find why/where. Pretty sure my account is messed up at this point because these inflated cost basis transactions keep popping up everywhere. Really need some assistance from an experienced koinly rep to take a look because 20k+ transactions and I’ve spent months manually inputting 80% of this…

I currently have an active support ticket opened for a little over 24 hours now in case that helps with me getting in touch with someone who can look into my account. Thank you
