Value different in Portfolio value vs wallet holdings value

Describe the problem:
Difference in Portfolio value vs wallet holdings value.
Binance wallet holdings value is correctly, and it’s same or similar value to what is showing in the binance platform.
However, the portfolio value is lower than the binance wallet holdings value.
Amount difference is $1,000

Note:
I have open trades in binance but amount less than $200. So it is not related to open trades.

Any suggestions

Hey @Min

This is because Koinly tax reports use calculated balance whereas the API is probably reporting a different balance.

The cause of this is missing data from your API connection. It is probably not importing certain data.

Please raise this issue in a support ticket via messenger app, so we can look into it further and let you know what needs to be done.

In most cases, it will mean you need to enter data manually, or obtain CSV files which contain the data the API has missed.
