Check the API limitations of the exchange you are using. If you have set up the wallet following our guide and still see errors, try the CSV import method instead.

Important notes:
• Do not mix API and CSV imports in the same wallet. Create a new wallet for CSV imports.
• Ensure you export the files correctly by following our instructions.
• Make sure the files include your full transaction history.
