Understanding a transaction

Hello,

I transferred some dot coins from my swyftx to another wallet, and it showed a -$19.17 as in the picture

Does it mean that I bought those dot tokens for $139.01 and they were priced at $119.83 when I transferred them hence the -$19.17 cost?

Thanks

It looks like this transaction is being treated as a disposal rather than a transfer.
The $119 is the value of the coins when you sold or transferred them.
The £139 is how much you paid for them when you originally paid for them.
The -$19 is your loss on the transaction.

If in fact this was a transfer to another of your own wallets, then you need to import that wallet into Koinly as well, so the program will see the transfer as such and will not treat it is a disposal
