Unable to Synchronize Loopring (LRC) Wallet

Describe the problem:
I can’t seem to sychronize my Loopring Wallet. It has been over 9 days and not yet synced.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Ive tried to delete the wallet and re-add it. Ive tried to manually import a *.csv file but the numbers weren’t totaled correctly.
I’ve tried to reach out to support via email but no one has responded to me. Chat support is not able to assist either.
