Where is the history export button in Trezor that will generate a CSV file containing all my ETH transaction history that I can use to import that file into Koinly and generate my tax report? After diligently searching Trezor Suite, it looks to me like each ETH address (I have 20) has to be loaded individually into Koinly. Thanks in advance for any tips/shortcuts.
