Transfer Kraken Standard ->Kraken Futures

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with internal transfers between Kraken and Kraken Futures.

Problem:

  • I transferred USD from Kraken Spot to Kraken Futures
  • Koinly’s standard Kraken integration correctly imports this as a Withdrawal from Kraken
  • However, the corresponding Deposit on Kraken Futures is not imported via the Kraken Futures API
  • This causes the error: “Some of your calculated balances do not match the balances reported by the API.”

Question:
How can I properly report internal transfers from Kraken Spot to Kraken Futures in Koinly to resolve the balance mismatch?

APIs in use:
Kraken Standard: Koinly OAuth Fast API
Kraken Futures: Standard API (read only)

The transfers between the main and futures account need to be added manually.
