The different plans advertising is misleading, it says $99 per year for 1000 transactions for all tax reports, leads to believe that for that price I can have 1000 transactions per year for all past years, if this is not the case is should state so more clearly, now im trying to upgrade to cover my extra trades and it wants to charge me the full amount of $179, shouldnt I just be paying the difference to upgrade as no services were used, im not going to pay for two products.
Hi, you can upgrade by paying the difference. Email [email protected]. You shouldnt be able to purchase any plan that has less transactions than your account total.
yes but it doesnt say that anywhere and you can purchase the plans before you upload any data which is what I did, maybe if that was more clear it wouldnt be a problem.
