Token swap while transferring between wallets

Describe the problem:
From the transfer from one wallet to another BTT (Blocktrade) token becomes BTT(Bittorent) token and vice versa. Ich hast always been only Blocktrade.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Idex auto import wallet and my ether wallet auto import

How did you import data into this wallet?
I synced it automatically

What have you tried to fix this so far?
nothing. I can not change the transaction

Are you guys going to fix that issue with BTT or do I need to recreate all transactions by hand?
