To amount must be less than 10^15 error for Osmosis sync

Describe the problem:
When syncing with Osmosis API (using public key), it starts to sync, and then stops and I have this error. I’ve currently got about a month gap in transactions on Osmosis that aren’t loading due to this error. Is there any way to get these things to sync? Looking at past reports on topics, this issue has been ignored and no support has been given at all.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Osmosis

How did you import data into this wallet?
Using Public address/key

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried syncing again. deleting the last entry and syncing again. It must be the next transaction which has more than 15 numbers.
