The 10 XRP network fee

Hello, I have send XRP to XRP account in “Trust Wallet”. In the wallet I can see pop-up saying:

" The XRP network requires a one-time fee of 10 XRP for account activation "

I use API to import entries on that XRP Trust Wallet account.
I have manually added it as a “Cost” ( I am based in UK )

but it still shows in a dashboard and in balance 20 instead of 10 ( so the fee has not been deducted ) and there is an exclamation mark saying that some operations have been added manually.

Could you please answer 2 questions:

  1. How do I fix that ? ( So there is no exclamation mark and amount shown in main Dashboard matches actual state ( 10 XRP ) )

  2. Is it tax deductible ?
