Stablecoin swaps creating large profit?

Ive a few transactions where I sell $LINK for USDT (I get a profit or loss)… then I hold the USDT for a little while and swap that USDT for USDC… this creates a profit, in one case almost 35%??

In all these cases I can see that I get less USDC tokens compared to the amount of USDT I had, so how’s this a profit… shouldn’t it be a loss??
